A few things you might be wondering
Can you help with a second-hand or relocated shed?
Yes. Tell us what you have, send photos and any drawings, and give us the size and the new site address. Existing and second-hand structures need an individual review before we can confirm the scope, so the designer’s calculated fee is a starting point rather than a confirmed quote for these projects.
What if I don’t have a soil report?
We can quote and design to standard soil assumptions. If you get a soil report later, we can optimise the footing design, which often saves money on concrete.
Can you engineer a shed home or a shed with a mezzanine?
Yes. Habitable sheds (Class 1a), mezzanine floors, lean-tos and wide clear spans are common projects for us. Use the custom project route above so we can ask the right questions up front.
Does the quote include supplying the shed?
No. We provide engineering services and drawings only. Shed supply, fabrication, construction, site visits and soil testing are arranged with other providers, and you are free to use any supplier you like.
Can you certify drawings I already have?
Yes. We can review and certify existing structural drawings. If anything is missing we add it or tell you what is needed.
How long until I get my drawings?
Standard turnaround is one to two weeks from payment. If you are on a tight timeline, mention it when you request your quote and we will tell you what is possible.
Which areas do you cover?
WA, NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT and TAS. In SA we accept sheds, patios, carports and pergolas. Services vary by state; check the quote form before starting.
