How we work with commercial clients

  • Scope and fixed fee from your plansOr an hourly arrangement for staged and evolving projects, agreed up front
  • Standard details, turned around quicklyFootings, connections, bracing and framing details for repeat use
  • Direct engineer contactYou deal with the engineer doing the work, not an account manager
  • Certification for approvalIncluding Form 15 and Regulation 126 compliance certificates where applicable

Engineering design and certification only. We do not carry out site inspections, so as-constructed certification relies on your photos, surveys and information. Larger projects are generally completed within a week; complex ones are scheduled individually.
